Shipping

CETACEA pieces are shipped from the United States.

Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. The estimated production timeline is noted on each product page and begins once your order is placed. You will receive tracking information once your piece is ready to ship.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. CETACEA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

CETACEA ships internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Because many CETACEA pieces are produced in limited quantities and made from reclaimed, vintage, or otherwise unique textiles, each piece is considered a final sale.

Please review the product description, measurements, materials, and care instructions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about fit or a particular piece, please contact us before placing your order.

A Note on Our Pieces

CETACEA works with reclaimed, vintage, and deadstock textiles. Small variations, irregularities, signs of age, and other characteristics may be inherent to these materials and are part of what makes each piece unique. These qualities are not considered defects.
